All change requests are processed in accordance with the fare rules associated with your ticket, which vary by airline, cabin class, and route.

- Airline-imposed change fees may apply

- Reissue will be confirmed only after written approval from the passenger
β If Your Fare is Non-Changeable:
- Changes may not be permitted under any circumstance unless the airline provides an exception (e.g., schedule change, medical waiver)
- We will inform you upfront if changes are not possible before proceeding

- Minor corrections (typos, prefix/title errors) may be allowed
- Major name changes are not permitted on most airline tickets and may require cancellation and rebooking

- Change requests must be made at least 48 hours before departure
- For last-minute changes (within 24 hours of travel), approval is strictly subject to airline policy and availability
- We recommend contacting us as early as possible to maximize flexibility

Your total change cost may include:
- 1. Airline change fee, if applicable
- 2. Fare difference, based on the new itinerary
- 3. Fly Vault reissuance service fee (if applicable, disclosed in advance)
We do not charge for checking fare rules or advising on your eligibility. Charges only apply after you confirm the change.

- All change requests must be initiated by the passenger or authorized contact listed in the booking
- Once a ticket is reissued, previous fare rules no longer apply
- Any ancillary services (seat selection, meals, baggage) may also be affected and need to be rebooked separately
- All changes are final upon issuance; additional changes may incur new fees
