At Fly Vault Deals, operated by Fly Vault Travels LLC (Houston, Texas), we maintain clear, transparent refund guidelines for both our standard travel agency bookings and our travel consultation services. Our goal is to ensure every customer understands their rights, applicable rules, and the scope of refunds under different service models.

✈️ Section 1: Standard Bookings (Directly Booked via Fly Vault Deals)

This section applies to flights booked directly with us — either by phone, email, or through our internal ticketing channels.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are subject to the fare rules of the airline and the specific ticket type. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline or consolidator and follow all official terms attached to the fare.

🔄 Refund Scenarios

Within 24 Hours of Booking (U.S. DOT Rule):
If the ticket was booked more than 7 days before departure and cancelled within 24 hours, you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of fare type.
Refundable Fares:
Refunds will be processed as per airline policies. Service fees charged by Fly Vault Deals (if any) remain non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Fares:
If your fare is non-refundable, you may still be eligible for:
- Airline credit (future travel credit or e-voucher)
- Partial refund in case of schedule change or airline waiver
- Taxes and unused government fees, where applicable
Schedule Changes or Flight Cancellations by Airline:
If the airline cancels or significantly reschedules your flight, you may be entitled to a full refund or a no-fee itinerary change, depending on their policy.
Medical/Bereavement Exceptions:
In special cases, airlines may approve refunds on non-refundable fares. We will assist you in filing documentation, though approval rests solely with the carrier.

⏳ Processing Time

Refunds typically take 7–21 business days from the date the airline approves the request.
Credit card refunds may take additional time to reflect, depending on your bank.

⚠️ Important Notes

Agency/Service fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
All refund requests must be made in writing via email to: support@flyvaultdeals.com
Ticket issuance errors must be reported within 24 hours.

Section 2: Travel Consultation Services (For External Bookings)

This section applies when you hire us to help with a ticket not booked with us, but through another agency or airline, under our “No Win, No Fee” consultation model.

📝 Refund Consultation Overview

We assist customers by negotiating on their behalf for:

Airline credit recovery
Refunds on partially used/unused tickets
Schedule-change-based waivers
Medical exception refunds
Fare reassessment or downgrade refund

💼 Payment Policy

We charge only upon successful recovery.

Our standard fee is up to 40% of the recovered amount (credit or cash), clearly mentioned in your written consent email, signed before we begin work.

"If we are unable to secure the refund or credit, you owe us nothing."

🧾 Refund Policy for Consultation Services

Once a refund or credit is successfully obtained and you are invoiced, our fee is non-refundable.
If you refuse to use or redeem the airline credit or refund obtained, our success-based fee still applies, as fulfillment is based on recovery, not usage.
All cases are considered fulfilled based on:
- Airline email or written confirmation
- Refund reflected to your card/account
- Credit or voucher issued under your name/email/PNR

Airline credits are usually received within 5–10 business days
Refunds can take 7–21 business days, depending on the airline
Our fee is invoiced only after proof of recovery is available

Fly Vault Travels LLC acts as a travel agent and/or travel consultant. We are bound by the fare rules, refund terms, and approval systems of airlines, consolidators, and GDS platforms. While we work diligently to help every customer, we cannot override airline decisions on refund eligibility.
